Google marking EA4TX site as Malware (wrongly)

I noticed today when I did a Google search for Spid
rotators that a search result for EA4TX's site had
this message.
I contacted Pablo and he writes:
Yes, I have received many emails to inform me about
it!
Those Google's guys have a very nice service! They add a Site in a "Badware
List", because ?????? any reason, and when I asked them to know the reason,
I get just only:
Thank you for contacting StopBadware.org. We are currently re-reviewing a
number of websites via our appeals process, and we have added your site to
the bottom of that testing queue. If this is the first appeal for your
site, you can expect a reply from us within 10 business days. Subsequent
appeals may take significantly longer.

I feel really sorry for Pablo, who is being found guilty without being told the charges and meantime he has to wait.
